A Secure & Convenient Way to Contribute to Your Parish
We at St.Jude Parish have been blessed by the Lord in so many ways. It begins with our Eucharistic celebration and extends to our community of faith. Finances are obviously very important to maintain our ministry, and we appreciate the generous support we receive from our parishioners. "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." Matthew 6:21
Over two years ago we began a program of electronic offertory donations call Electronic Giving. It has saved not only time and money, but has been helpful in maintaining a regular cash flow with our offertory. Over seventy families currently participate in the program.
The parish has used a different program for our Capital Campaign where over 120 families currently participate. We believe the switch will be a benefit to both parishioners and our parish. Below are some of the benefits.
Online donations may be made at any time from the comfort of your own home or any place with internet access. Online donations are credited to your tax statement for the end of the year (except when made anonymously), and you can change your account preferences and donation amounts at any time. Benefits of Online Giving include:
• No need to hassle with checks or cash (credit cards are not available for Regular Offertory)
• 24/7 web based access
• Easily schedule recurring donations to coincide with your pay period
• No need to share bank account information because you enter it directly into the Online Giving secure site
• Allows you to give even if you are unable to attend parish services
• Contribution amount is easily adjusted as needed
• Option to remain anonymous

Frequently Asked Questions:
What are the advantages of Electronic Giving?
You never have to bring cash or checks to church. Giving electronically also helps the Parish save money and plan its budget!
When will my contribution be deducted from my account?
Your electronic contribution will be debited on the day you choose each month or the next business day. This will help you in planning your own personal budget.
If I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?
Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time, you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate date. Electronic contributions are recorded for you on your bank statement as well as your online reports.
What if I change bank accounts?
Simply login into your account and you will be able to update your account information at your convenience.
What if I want to use Online Giving but don't want to set up my own account?
Simply contact Tracie Machalick at the parish office (ext. 223) and we will send you a "Managed Giver" form and setup everything for you. We want to make this as simple and convenient for you as possible.
Please call Tracie Machalick, 474-6315, ext. 223 should you have any questions about the program.
